Dear Sir,
MR S BRYSON v MICROTECH COMPUTER
SERVICES
Case Number NOT REGISTERED
Thank you for your letter dated 11
December 2000, which has been referred to a Chairman
of the Employment Tribunals.
The Chairman directs me to inform
you that he is still not clear whether you intend to
start legal proceedings against Microtech or whether
you are seeking advice from the Tribunal.
If the former, you should bear in
mind that the Tribunals broadly deal with discrimination
in employment or if arising from the refusal of a qualifying
body to admit you to a course or qualification on racial
grounds.
If the latter, I regret that I cannot
advise you further.
Please confirm in writing if you
wish to start legal proceedings.
Yours faithfully
Helen Cattley

Dear Ms Cattley,
Further to your letter of 3rd January
2001 and our telephone conversation earlier this morning,
I am reaffirming my wishes in this letter.
I wish to take legal proceedings
against
"Microtech Computer Services"
Euro House
54-56 High Street
Hounslow
TW3 1NW
I would like the abundant information
that I have already sent you to be considered as my
application.
Because of my changed circumstances
since being dismissed by "Microtech" I think
that the only appropriate recompense would be for "Microtech"
to compensate me financially.
Yours Sincerely
Sean Bryson
